Opened April 1, 2003, these facilities offer 20 exclusive rooms, all with air-conditioning, a PC with an internet connection, a TV set, free cable TV, a telephone, electronic safe, a refrigerator, balcony and security door. These accommodations include bed and breakfast. The total capacity is 47 beds (11 of which are extra long) including two and three-bed rooms located in a four story building with an elevator. One of the most important characteristic of our rooms is their size (from 26 to 67 m2).We are located 500m from the down town area, 300 m from the Danube, 100 m from the "Vojvodina" Sports & Business Center, 100m from University Center and have excellent means of transportation to all other parts of the City.
A room near the reception, with 3 desktops and 3 laptops and 12 MB/s internet connection, is available to our guests 24 hours a day. Our facilities also enable the organization of presentations and meetings. For these events, guests will have at their disposal an audio-visual equipment and computers.
Novi Sad, a city that lies on the Danube, is located 80 km. North of Belgrade on international road E-75. This is a City with a 250-year tradition an a population of 300.000. It represents the cultural, administrative and industrial center of Vojvodina.
